What we
look for in an Assistant Manager (Bar Manager):
- Line cleans : Take ownership of weekly line cleaning, ensuring all beer and dispense lines are cleaned consistently weekly.
Stock take : Complete monthly stock take as well as a weekly stock line check ensuring all bar stock is correctly counted, recorded, and reconciled, while identifying any variances. - Stock rotation : Maintain excellent stock rotation, minimising waste and ensuring product quality.
- Weekly ordering : Manage weekly bar orders accurately, balancing stock levels, and upcoming events.
- Cellar Management : Keep the cellar organised, clean, and well maintained.
- Standards and compliance : Ensure all cellar and bar procedures meet company standards and food safety requirements.

hands-on leader with the ability to manage the day-to-day running of the
business.
