What we look for in a Sales & Events Manager:
· Develop and execute a pre-booked sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Ensure smooth organisation and execution of events, surpassing customer expectations.
· Provide exceptional customer service through in-person interactions and communication via email and phone.
· Maximise pre-booked revenue through proactive outbound sales activities.
· Manage the Collins booking system.
· Oversee and manage all social media platforms to enhance event promotion.
· Collaborate with venue and central teams to maintain consistency in event delivery.
· Gain insights into the local market, including potential clients and competitors.
· Create and support the delivery of bespoke events throughout the year.
