Key Responsibilities
• Must have extensive knowledge of mixed drink recipe, preparation and proper garnishes
• Must be able to work independently- handling both the bar and the service bar
• Must have basic knowledge of beers and wines
• Must be able to keep up with preparation of drinks for both the bar and service bar simultaneously
• Must specialize in speed and accuracy
• Minimum of 2 years bartending experience
• Must be able to upsell and meet sale goals
• Must have experience as a server, and tending to tables as needed
• Previous cash handling and POS experience preferred
• Must be able to withstand prolonged standing, bending, walking, kneeling and lifting and/or moving objects up to 50 lbs. without restrictions
• Consistently deliver exceptional service to every guest while interacting and entertaining in a professional manner
• Flexibility to perform other job related tasks as deemed necessary by management
• Must be able to work independently- handling both the bar and the service bar
• Must be a team player and willing to help out anywhere in the establishment as needed


Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a bartender in a establishment
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Demonstrate strong collaboration skills and comfortable working with diverse stakeholders across the company and externally
• Must be able to withstand prolonged standing, bending and walking
• Bartending school and NYC Food Handlers license a plus but not required
