We are looking for an experienced and passionate Service Manager to lead our Supported Living service and inspire a team committed to delivering exceptional care and support.
The RoleAs Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of our Supported Living service, ensuring that the people we support receive safe, effective, and high-quality support tailored to their individual needs and aspirations.
You will lead and develop a skilled workforce, promote a positive and inclusive culture, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and work closely with families, professionals, and stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes for those we support.
