Commis Chef - Harry’s Bar
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Pastry Commis Chef to join the team at Harry’s Bar, an exclusive private members’ club, part of The Birley Clubs.
Harry’s Bar is a private members’ restaurant and bar with an air of classic Italian elegance, famed for both the beauty of its décor and the quality of its food. The Northern Italian menu has delighted Members for 30 years with its impeccably sourced ingredients – from Alba truffles to beautifully cured Prosciutto di Parma – matched only by the care and skill given to their preparation.
As a Commis Chef you will ensure the smooth running of your section by keeping it clean and tidy and will efficiently carry out the orders and specifications set by the Chef de Partie. You will produce high quality dishes from scratch whilst maintaining the high standards and expectations of the restaurant.

· Have previous experience as a Commis Chef in a high quality and busy destination restaurant
· Have a passion for food and working with seasonal high quality ingredients
· Have an interest in learning new techniques and ingredients
· A willingness to learn and develop their knowledge and skills
· Are excellent team players
· Are motivated and looking to develop their careers
