We are looking for a brilliant Multi-site General Manager to join Harts Group as part of our exceptional Barrafina Restaurant team in Central London.

Harts Group is a community of talented individuals, creating award-winning food and drink and offering industry-leading service. The portfolio includes Barrafina, Parrillan, Quo Vadis, El Pastor restaurants, The Drop and Bar Daskal.

Barrafina is a highly awarded Modern Spanish tapas bar Restaurant in London, serving the highest quality seasonal ingredients and wines. The service is orchestrated around a beautiful marble-topped bar, where the guests eat and drink while watching the chefs at work.

Our Central London area covers 3 sites, our Michelin Starred Barrafina Restaurant in Soho, Adelaide Street and Drury Lane in Covent Garden.

The Multi-site General Manager role:

• Managing multiple restaurants in Central London
• Consistently maintain the highest standards and deliver exceptional guest service
• Positively lead our teams and support all managers with training
• Recruit, develop and inspire a large team
• Communicate effectively and clearly all times
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and licensing regulations
• Maximise revenue by controlling the flow of customers and table management
• Great understanding of wastage, stock management, costings, and GP
• Be the face of the brand known for its warm welcome
• Excellent knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens
• Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
• Ensuring all equipment on site are well maintained and looked after
• Implement changes, follow procedures and reporting guidelines
