The Senior General Manager position comes with a starting salary of $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience. Additional bonus compensation and generous perks and benefits.


 Job Qualifications 

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation is required
  • Ability to travel regularly between locations
  • High School diploma or GED required, further education in business or hospitality management a plus
  • Must have 2+ years of multi-unit experience in a high-volume Full-Service concept
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, POS systems, restaurant management and Inventory systems

Job Requirements

  • P&L management experience, strong business Acumen
  • Serve safe certification
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS, inventory Software)
  •   Willingness to attend training and obtain certifications as needed
  • Valid driver's license
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
  •   Extraordinary attention to detail
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication
  •   Collaborative and growth mindset, partnership oriented
  •   Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely, accurate manner
  •  Ability to Motivate and lead staff

A Day In the Brunch Life

As a Senior General Manager for Hash Kitchen, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations for your home store as well as other Hash Kitchen locations. You will ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance, while leading and developing Staff. The Senior General Manager will maintain high standards of food, health and safety, and ensure the efficient and profitable business performance of each restaurant and optimal utilization of staff and resources while ensuring guests are satisfied with their dining experience.

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations across multiple Hash Kitchen locations
  • Travel between locations to coach and suport management and staff
  • Be the go-to person for resolving customer issues and improving guest experience
  •  Ensure that each location consistently meets Hash Kitchen’s high standards for quality, food safety and customer service
  • Oversee and support unit managers in hiring, training, and development of staff across all roles
  • Collaborate with upper management to implement strategies that enhance performance across units
  • Monitor and report on financial performance, ensuring that each location meets sales and profitability goals
  • Foster a positive, results-driven culture at each location, leading by example and promoting teamwork
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and operational costs to ensure profitability and efficiency at every location
  • Create and ensure weekly staff schedules fit the scheduling forecast and needs for each restaurant
  • Demonstrate experience knowledge of all menu items
  • Lead Monthly meetings with employees
  • Perform other duties as assigned by upper management

Guests get to customize their cocktail from start to finish with house made bloody Mary mixes, house-infused spirits, and over 50 craft toppings. Our innovative concept combines chef-driven food and an elevated cocktail program with a next-level atmosphere. Complete with social-media-worthy wall art and rotating guest DJ's and turntables on the weekends.


WORKING CONDITIONS: 

Position requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time; lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the job's essential functions. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.
