We're looking for an experienced Barista who takes real pride in their craft. Someone who enjoys working with premium products, thrives in a busy environment and understands that outstanding service is just as important as outstanding coffee.

THE ROLE

• Prepare exceptional coffee, speciality drinks and seasonal beverages to the highest standard
• Deliver warm, engaging and memorable customer service
• Build genuine relationships with customers and become a familiar face they look forward to seeing each day
• Maintain an immaculate coffee bar, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety
• Support the wider catering team and contribute to creating an outstanding hospitality experience
• Share ideas, embrace new trends and continually develop your coffee knowledge

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Previous Barista experience within a busy hospitality environment
• Passion for coffee, quality ingredients and exceptional customer service
• Confidence preparing a wide range of speciality coffees
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude, attention to detail and pride in your work
• A genuine passion for hospitality and making people feel welcome
