We are looking for a brilliant Kitchen Porter to become an important part of our kitchen team. This is a busy, professional environment and we need someone who brings great energy, takes pride in their work and understands just how important a well-run kitchen is to delivering exceptional food and hospitality.

You will work closely with our chefs, keeping the kitchen organised, spotless and ready for service while supporting the wider team wherever needed. THE ROLE

• Keep the kitchen, wash-up and back-of-house areas exceptionally clean and organised
• Ensure pots, pans, crockery, utensils and kitchen equipment are cleaned and ready for service
• Support the chefs with basic food preparation when required
• Receive deliveries and ensure stock is stored safely and correctly
• Keep storage, waste and recycling areas organised throughout the day
• Maintain excellent standards during busy breakfast, lunch and hospitality services
• Work closely with the culinary team to keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and health and safety procedures
• Take pride in the small details that help create an exceptional kitchen environment

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Previous Kitchen Porter experience within contract catering, restaurants, hotels or a professional kitchen would be an advantage
• A hardworking, reliable and positive approach
• Excellent standards of cleanliness and organisation
• The energy to work confidently in a busy kitchen environment
• A genuine team mentality and willingness to support colleagues
• Good communication and a professional attitude
