We're looking for an experienced Barista who takes real pride in their craft. Someone who enjoys working with premium products, thrives in a busy environment and understands that outstanding service is just as important as outstanding coffee.

THE ROLE

• Prepare exceptional coffee, speciality drinks and seasonal beverages to the highest standard
• Deliver warm, engaging customer service to students, staff and visitors
• Create a welcoming atmosphere where customers enjoy spending time
• Maintain an immaculate coffee bar, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Support the wider catering team during busy service periods
• Bring enthusiasm, personality and a passion for great coffee every day

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Previous Barista experience within a busy hospitality environment
• Passion for coffee and exceptional customer service
• Confidence preparing a wide range of speciality coffees
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced environment
• Pride in delivering consistently high standards
