CHEF MANAGER

Monday to Friday | £44,000 | Central London

Lead a kitchen where quality food, creativity and exceptional service come together

At Houston & Hawkes, we're looking for an inspiring Chef Manager to lead a modern workplace restaurant, delivering fresh, seasonal food in a beautifully designed environment.

What makes this role different is the work-life balance. Food service takes place from Tuesday to Thursday, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional hospitality during service. Mondays and Fridays are dedicated to menu planning, food preparation, ordering, administration and preparing the kitchen for the week ahead, giving you the time to plan, organise and maintain the highest standards without the pressure of service.
