HOSPITALITY SUPERVISOR

Central London | £36,000 per annum | 40 hours per week

Exceptional workplace hospitality. A brilliant team. A role where the details matter.

Houston & Hawkes is looking for a polished, personable Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious corporate law firm in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering thoughtful, professional hospitality in a busy and welcoming workplace.

From preparing meeting rooms and delivering beautifully presented refreshments to making excellent barista coffee and supporting client events, you’ll help create the seamless service that makes every guest feel looked after. You’ll also guide the hospitality team, leading by example and keeping standards consistently high.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Oversee the smooth delivery of day-to-day corporate hospitality, ensuring a warm, professional experience for clients and colleagues.
  • Coordinate meeting room set-ups, refreshments and catering deliveries, making sure every detail is ready on time.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality barista coffees and refreshments, including service directly to meeting rooms.
  • Support the planning, preparation and delivery of client meetings, private hospitality and corporate events.
  • Lead by example, supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge and maintaining excellent presentation and service standards.
  • Liaise confidently with the kitchen and wider site team to ensure food and refreshments are delivered accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, allergen awareness and health and safety.
  • Work flexibly, including some evening shifts to support events when required.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience in a hospitality supervisory role, ideally in corporate contract catering, a professional services workplace or a premium hospitality setting.
  • Confident barista skills and a genuine passion for food, coffee and exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple meeting rooms and catering requests.
  • A friendly, professional manner and the confidence to engage with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • A supportive team player who can take ownership, remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings for events.

OUR BENEFITS — THE HOUSTON & HAWKES EXPERIENCE

  • We believe exceptional hospitality starts with looking after our people. As part of Houston & Hawkes, you’ll enjoy:
  • Your birthday off — an extra day to celebrate you.
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave.
  • Free freshly prepared meals on duty.
  • Contributory pension scheme and life assurance.
  • Employee Assistance Programme for confidential wellbeing support.
  • CODE Hospitality membership and access to hospitality experiences.
  • Foodie Socials — sharing our passion for great food and discovering new places together.
  • Summer Awards Party — celebrating the brilliant people behind our business.
  • Christmas Party — celebrating in style at an outstanding London venue.
  • Learning, development and opportunities to progress your career.
