Description
Certified Trainers help with the continued education of Team Members in their home restaurant as well as go to New Restaurant Openings and assist with training the newly hired staff. This is a very important position in our growing company and a huge responsibility. Must have clear and compelling communication in a group setting, positive and encouraging attitude, be a leader, become a kitchen and customer relations expert, self-motivated, and be a brand ambassador.
Key Accountabilities
Coach these areas every shift:
- Daily Maintenance / Cleanliness
- Quality Food Production
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Safety and Security
- Up to date with current processes
- MIT Training Schedules - Training Staff
Job Essentials
- Lead the trainee during the shift focused on following the training protocol
- Becomes a subject matter expert in their area of the restaurant kitchen and guest relations
- Maintains cleanliness and organization throughout their work area
- Makes sure all food meets company food safety/quality regulations and is delicious
- Recognizes a job well-done and lives the Hawaiian Bros culture
- Provide feedback to all trainees regardless of level being trained
- Exemplifies legendary guest service for the whole team
