As a Pastry Chef de Partie at Hawksmoor, you’ll take ownership of the pastry section, delivering consistently high-quality desserts with precision and care. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, organisation and pride in your craft are key. You’ll work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure every dessert leaving the pass meets Hawksmoor standards.

What You’ll Do
  • Run the pastry section during prep and service
  • Prepare and present desserts to Hawksmoor standards
  • Manage mise en place and section organisation efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
  • Support and guide Commis Chefs on the pastry section
  • Work closely with senior chefs to ensure consistency and quality

  • Experienced as a Chef de Partie within pastry
  • Passionate about baking, desserts and technical precision
  • Organised and calm during busy services
  • Detail-focused and committed to high standards
  • A supportive team player who enjoys developing others
  • Keen to continue growing within a professional kitchen
