As a Senior Chef de Partie at Hawksmoor,
you’ll play a key leadership role within the kitchen, running your section with
confidence while supporting and developing junior chefs. This is a hands-on
role for someone who combines strong technical ability with calm leadership and
a passion for consistently high standards.
What You’ll Do- Lead your section during prep and service
- Deliver dishes with precision, consistency and
pride
- Support and mentor Commis
Chefs and Chef de Parties
- Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and
organisation
- Work closely with Sous Chefs and the Head Chef to
ensure smooth service
- Contribute to menu development and section
improvement

quality, fresh-food kitchen
- Technically confident and organised
