As a Senior Chef de Partie at Hawksmoor, you’ll play a key leadership role within the kitchen, running your section with confidence while supporting and developing junior chefs. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong technical ability with calm leadership and a passion for consistently high standards.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead your section during prep and service
  • Deliver dishes with precision, consistency and pride
  • Support and mentor Commis Chefs and Chef de Parties
  • Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and organisation
  • Work closely with Sous Chefs and the Head Chef to ensure smooth service
  • Contribute to menu development and section improvement
Who You Are
  • Experienced as a strong Chef de Partie in a quality, fresh-food kitchen
  • Technically confident and organised
  • Calm and focused under pressure
  • A natural leader who enjoys developing others
  • Passionate about high-quality produce and open-fire cooking
