Hawksmoor Borough

Hawksmoor Borough is a short walk from London Bridge and on the edge of one of the best produce markets in the country. We're located in a former hops warehouse hat was repurposed by “colonial and foreign fruit” merchants J.O.Sims in 1932 as a fruit warehouse and auction hall. Downstairs at the Borough Cooks’ Room with its own private kitchen offers some of the best feasting in a capital. When the Cooks’ Room is not in use, be prepared to see lots of familiar faces as our Executive Chefs use this for menu development and training.
