The 185-cover restaurant has been sensitively refurbished to celebrate the building’s original features.
In Edinburgh, Hawksmoor draws on the amazing produce that Scotland has to offer, featuring seafood from around the Scottish coast and beef from grass-fed native breed cattle from both sides of the boarder.
Work hard and be nice to people:
We’re looking for a Kitchen Assistant/Kitchen Porter to join our team in Edinburgh. To be considered for the role, you’ll probably have some kitchen experience under your belt, or looking to make your first step in hospitality. You’ll be able work in a fast paced environment, as well as reliable and excited to be a key part of a happy and supportive team.
When you join you will have access to a generous package of benefits, including:
