Kitchen Porter
Since 2006 we have been the UK's home of ethically sourced, grass-fed beef, cooked over charcoal and paired with our award-winning wines and cocktails. We became B Corp certified in 2022 and are the only restaurant group in the UK to place in the Best Companies for 13 consecutive years, meaning we have some of the happiest people in the industry working here! This is alongside raising over £1 million for Action Against Hunger and being rated as one of the most sustainable groups in the country.
As a Kitchen Porter at Hawksmoor, you’ll be a vital part of the kitchen team. You’ll help keep the kitchen running smoothly, safely and efficiently, supporting chefs during busy services and making sure standards of cleanliness and organisation are always met. This is a hands-on role and a great opportunity to be part of a professional, supportive kitchen environment.
What You’ll Do
Keep the kitchen clean, organised and running smoothly throughout service
Wash dishes, pots and equipment to a high standard
Support chefs with basic prep and general kitchen tasks when needed
Manage waste, recycling and deliveries safely and efficiently
Maintain food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards at all times
Work as part of a team to support smooth, successful services
