Kickstart - Operations Administrator


Description
KICKSTART ROLE - PLEASE ONLY APPLY TO THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE BEEN REFERRED BY A JOBCENTRE WORK COACH AND/OR YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THE KICKSTART SCHEME.

  • Responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks of the Operations department. Helping to manage systems, restaurant requests and projects.
  • Compiling a weekly covers report using OpenTable and excel. 
  • Creating a mail merge to request feedback from customers that have dined at our restaurants.
  • Providing admin support for our POS system (Aloha) and our procurement system (Procure Wizard).
  • Keeping our compliance platforms up to date with users and certificates (Flow and SFS Hub).
  • Maintaining our maintenance system (Pronett) with up-to-date PMV schedules and ensuring contractors are using the system as required.
  • Managing stock levels and new orders for Hawksmoor central supplies.

Based at Hawksmoor head office with an option for flexible home working.

3 days per week.


The candidate will develop skills in communication, use of excel, word and email correspondence and functionality. The candidate will also learn some of the key operations in running restaurants and restaurant businesses, working alongside multiple departments (inc. Marketing, Finance, Creative, HR) to deliver projects to improve the efficiency of restaurants.


Who we are looking for:

The candidate should have an interest in Operations, systems and tech. Should be very comfortable with technology, and ability to demonstrate, develop and learn people skills (communication – written and spoken – multi-tasking, take leadership and direction, receive and respond to feedback.

Demonstrate attention to detail and a willingness to learn new things.

Maths and English at Level 2 or above.
