Chef de Partie
Since 2006 we’ve been the UK’s home of ethically sourced, grass-fed beef, cooked over charcoal and paired with our award-winning wines and cocktails. We became B Corp certified in 2022 and are the only restaurant group in the UK to place in the Best Companies for 13 consecutive years, meaning we have some of the happiest people in the industry working here! This is alongside raising over £1million for Action Against Hunger and being rated as one of the most sustainable groups in the country. We are currently in a period of ambitious growth so huge progression and development opportunities for everyone.

- Run your station with passion, precision and consistency
- Own starters, sides or larder prep, service and close down
- Keep food safety, sustainability and waste-minimisation front of mind
- Work together with kitchen and front-of-house to ensure seamless services
- Dive into training, tastings, supplier visits and masterclasses
- You’ve got experience as a Chef de Partie working with fresh food
- You love people as much as cooking and have a passion for serving amazing dishes
- You thrive under pressure, stay organised and keep calm when it gets busy
- You’re eager to learn, love development and want to work with our values
