Director of Sales – Hawksmoor USA

Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales leader with a passion for hospitality? Hawksmoor, one of the world’s best steak restaurants and a proud B Corp, is looking for a Director of Sales to drive revenue across our US restaurants. Based in Chicago, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on strategy, leadership, and rolling up their sleeves to achieve ambitious goals.

About the Role

As Director of Sales, you’ll oversee all aspects of sales for Hawksmoor's US locations, focusing on à la carte dining, private dining, groups, and events. You’ll set the strategy, manage key relationships, and work closely with our teams to deliver impactful results that enhance the guest experience while meeting revenue goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive sales performance by tracking and reporting on revenue, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, identifying key audiences and actions to achieve business objectives.
  • Work with culinary and operations teams to develop profitable, guest-centric private dining and event menus.
  • Partner with the marketing team to create omnichannel campaigns that elevate brand awareness and boost sales.
  • Oversee sales processes and systems to ensure a seamless guest experience from inquiry to execution.
  • Provide hands-on leadership and support for large-scale events and bookings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in hospitality sales and event management, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to lead, innovate, and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an exceptional ability to build relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with OpenTable, TripleSeat, and Reposite is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and events as needed.
