We’re looking for a Service AGM to join our dedicated team in Chicago. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day service operations, maintain high standards, and lead a team that delivers unforgettable guest experiences. If you're an experienced leader with a passion for hospitality and a desire to hit operational targets, this role is perfect for you.

What You’ll Do:

·       Lead and oversee service operations, ensuring that every guest receives top-tier service from start to finish.

·       Assist the General Manager in achieving and surpassing performance targets, focusing on service excellence, sales, and customer satisfaction.

·       Manage and develop the service team, ensuring that they are motivated, trained, and performing at their best.

·       Maintain accurate records, including tip sheets, timesheets, and employee hours, ensuring compliance with all pay and labour targets.

·       Foster a culture of feedback, ensuring continuous improvement in service standards and team performance.

·       Maintain seamless communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

·       Work with HR to uphold high standards of compliance, training, and company policies.

·       Oversee the opening and closing of the restaurant, ensuring all operational procedures are followed.

Who You Are:

·       A strong leader with experience in hospitality and service management.

·       Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating a positive, supportive environment for your team.

·       Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

·       A natural communicator, skilled at motivating your team while maintaining high service standards.

·       Commercially savvy, able to balance operational efficiency with maintaining excellent guest experiences.

·       Proactive in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and growth.
