As Group CRM Manager, you’ll own the CRM channel end-to-end. This is a hands-on, mid-senior role where you’ll define the roadmap while delivering day-to-day campaigns. You’ll sit at the intersection of brand, digital, data and operations, working closely with our in-house marketing team, digital agency and data partners to ensure CRM supports both brand storytelling and commercial performance.
What You’ll DoLead Hawksmoor’s CRM strategy across UK, Ireland and US markets
Own campaign planning, automation and lifecycle journeys from brief to send
Develop segmentation and personalisation strategies to improve engagement and revenue
Write and edit CRM communications in Hawksmoor’s tone of voice
Manage testing, reporting and performance optimisation
Oversee CRM platforms and integrations including Dot Digital and related systems
Ensure database health, compliance and data integrity
Act as the CRM subject-matter expert across the business
Experienced delivering CRM strategy and execution end-to-end
Strong hands-on expertise in email marketing, segmentation and automation
Confident owning a channel while collaborating cross-functionally
Commercially aware and able to link CRM activity to business impact
Comfortable working with data, reporting and performance insights
Detail-focused, organised and confident managing agencies and partners
Knowledgeable in UK, IE and US data protection legislation
