Reservations Manager– Hawksmoor New York:
Hawksmoor New York opened to rave reviews in 2021 and welcomed guests into our beautiful restaurant, based in a National Historic Landmark- The United Charities Building.
We are now excited to commence a search for a Reservations Manager with experience in restaurant reservations or a similar role such as reception services, bookings management, or restaurant management. You’ll know your way around email systems as well as being a great communicator on the phone and face-to-face. Along with your natural flair for first class service and hospitality you’ll be consistent, reliable and excited to lead, develop and inspire a happy and supportive reservations team.

Key
responsibilities of the role include:
• Leading the reservations team with excellent
service and hospitality to the Hawksmoor standard.
• Ability to motivate, train, teach, guide and
nurture the reservations team.
• Responsible for the setting up, running and
breaking down of each service on reservations.
• Excellent rapport with your team and guests.
• Ability to expertly run reservations and Maitre
D to ensure smooth and successful services.
To be considered for the role you will have:
• Extensive experience running some of the best
reservation’s teams at the top restaurant and bars in New York.
• Experience launching and opening restaurants in
New York and the US.
• Comfortable and experienced with high volume
businesses in terms of both covers and revenue.
• Ability to create an incredible culture and work
ethic within your team.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work
harmoniously with all departments.
• Exemplary product knowledge of food and beverage.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to
teach, coach and train your team.
• Experience with restaurant systems, reservation
and event platforms and technology.
