Marketing Manager:

We are very excited to commence the search for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our US team to support on our marketing strategy for New York, Chicago and the growth to new cities in the US. This role will report into our Marketing Director with responsibility for local and brand marketing, identifying and producing marketing initiatives alongside supporting the digital marketing across all relevant channels and will own tracking and reporting.

Primary Responsibilities:

·      Embedding the Hawksmoor Steak House brand and ethics into the dining scene, with the ambition to establish this new steak house as a respected long-term cornerstone of the restaurant culture.

·      Identify and own the customer relationships through quietly confident marketing campaigns, targeting corporates, discerning steak diners, domestic and international tourists, media and food critics, families, brunchers and contemporary steak lovers.

·      Working closely with the US Marketing Director to lead all brand and marketing initiatives including the marketing of the menu, sourcing, provenance, seasonality, restaurant design, people personalities/staff members through to cocktails, bar, drinks, private dining and local brand story telling on social media.

·      Effectively analyze requests using critical-thinking skills and solution-oriented approach, exercise good judgement, and refine complex topics into concise summaries

·      Curating PR and marketing offsite and in venue events, press tastings, experiences, showcases for brand visibility

·      Coordinating all PR activity as well as monitoring the impact of digital marketing activity. Reviewing KPIs on a weekly basis, creating monthly reports for the US/UK as well as researching and analyzing local competitor market data.


Key Competencies /Qualifications:

·      Experience as Marketing Manager within a premium hospitality group

·      Ability to utilize traditional software programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), Micros, Asana, ADP, and any additional systems as needed.

·      Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics, which inspire team members to meet and exceed standards

·      Communicates information effectively and efficiently
