Hawksmoor is in an incredible restaurant space in New York: a beautiful National Historic Landmark built as The United Charities Building in 1893 with an incredible 10 meter ceilinged assembly hall that forms the main room of the restaurant. The location is just off Park Avenue South and north of the prestigious Gramercy Park and Union Square. The restaurant seats 170 and includes a 50-cover bar.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, we’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our team.

As a Hawksmoor Sous Chef, you play a key role in the successful day-to-day operation of the kitchen. You are responsible for consistently delivering Hawksmoor food quality and standards, working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure exceptional guest experiences. You support the preparation and execution of dishes during service, lead and develop Team Members, and assist with ordering, communication, and operational tasks.
