We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Concierge to join our esteemed team at the Haymarket Hotel. As a Concierge, you will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the concierge desk, handling a variety of tasks to meet and exceed guest expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with their luggage
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously
- Respond to and fulfil guest requests efficiently
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth process
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations about local attractions, dining, and events
- Coordinate transportation and other guest services as needed
- Maintain impeccable presentation and professionalism at all times
