As a Night Concierge, you will be a vital part of our team, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding service during the overnight hours.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the concierge desk in the absence of the wider team throughout the night.
- Answering incoming calls and addressing guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assisting guests with their luggage and providing support with check-ins and check-outs.
- Responding to and fulfilling guest requests with efficiency and a positive attitude.
- Upholding our high standards of service and presentation to create memorable experiences for our guests.
What you Need:
- A keen willingness to work as part of a collaborative team.
- A customer-focused mind-set with a warm and welcoming demeanour.
- Impeccable presentation and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for creating a memorable guest experience.

- Competitive hourly rate of £14.50 - £15.50 inclusive of service charge.
