As an Events Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests receive inspirational service during their events. You will work closely with our Events team, demonstrating your exceptional attention to detail, organisational prowess, and interpersonal skills. Your confidence and strong communication abilities will be key in engaging with guests and leading your team to success.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the setup and execution of events, ensuring all details meet the highest standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the main point of contact for guests and addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
  • Lead, motivate, and support your team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Ensure all event spaces are prepared and maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and organisation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the guest experience and improve event processes.

What you Need:

  • Proven experience in supervising a team, preferably in events or hospitality.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail.
  • Confidence in your communication skills and the ability to engage with guests and team members effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
