As the Room Service Manager, you will take the lead in delivering an outstanding in-room dining experience that reflects the style, creativity, and attention to detail that Firmdale is known for. Working closely with our hotel leadership and dedicated team, you will ensure the smooth operation of room service, consistently going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals to deliver impeccable service, day in and day out.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of the room service experience aligns with our commitment to excellence.
  •  Foster a culture of unparalleled customer service where every guest feels valued and attended to with the utmost care.
  •  Design and implement comprehensive training programs to empower our team members with the skills and knowledge necessary for success.
  •  Utilise your expertise in the food and drinks industry to curate a diverse and enticing menu that caters to the discerning tastes of our guests.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and enhance efficiency, contributing to the overall success of the hotel.

What you Need:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team, with a track record of driving performance and achieving results.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that no aspect of the guest experience goes unnoticed.
  • A genuine passion for delivering world-class customer service, going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, essential for effectively coordinating with team members and other departments.
  • Proficiency in designing training programs that empower team members to excel in their roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of the food and drinks industry, including trends, regulations, and best practices.
