As a Host at the Haymarket Hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere from the moment guests arrive.
• Engaging with guests to ensure they feel valued and at home.
• Managing bookings to optimise the dining room flow and guest satisfaction.
• Working closely with the team and management to ensure seamless service.
• Ensuring the dining area is impeccable and guests receive top-notch service.

What you Need:

• Keen to work as part of a dynamic and supportive team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for providing outstanding service.
• A meticulous approach to ensuring every guest's experience is perfect.
• A warm, approachable demeanour and a proactive attitude.
• Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential. We value personality and a passion for hospitality above all.
