As the Room Service Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our room service department. You will collaborate with senior management and team members to ensure the highest levels of customer service, consistently exceeding our guests' expectations. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily management and operation of the room service department.
  • Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with our guests, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints, effectively communicating with the Food and Beverage Manager to implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to deliver seamless and high-quality service.
  • Ensure the completion of daily tasks and uphold the company's standards of excellence.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting staff retention and development.

What you Need:

  • Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor in a fast-paced, luxury venue.
  • A strong passion for Food and Beverage, with extensive knowledge of quality products and ingredients.
  • Proven experience in managing, leading, motivating, and developing a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of service meets our high standards.
