As a Cocktail Waiter at our prestigious Haymarket Hotel, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our guests. Your passion for hospitality and your enthusiasm for beverages will shine as you manage multiple tables in our lively bar area. You will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of drinks, from the finest coffees to exquisite cocktails, ensuring each one meets our high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.
- Take orders and serve beverages efficiently and accurately.
- Showcase your extensive knowledge of various drinks, including specialty coffees and signature cocktails.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area.
- Collaborate effectively with your team to ensure seamless service.
- Stay attentive to guest needs and preferences, providing personalised recommendations when appropriate.
What you Need:
- A keen interest in hospitality and a willingness to work as part of a dedicated team.
- Experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential; we value enthusiasm and a passion for the role.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for perfecting every drink.
- Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a genuine love for working in a fast-paced environment.
