As the Bar Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our hotel bar, ensuring that every guest experiences the exceptional service and ambiance that Firmdale Hotels is known for. You will collaborate with senior management and your team to maintain the highest standards of service and exceed our guests' expectations consistently.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with guests, providing inspirational service at all times.
  • Handle customer complaints with confidence, finding effective solutions promptly.
  • Innovate and create new cocktail and drink offerings that align with our brand's high standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and maintain accurate measurements.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to deliver a seamless and high-quality service.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the bar team, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.

What you Need:

  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or an Assistant Bar Manager in a fast-paced, luxury venue.
  • A genuine passion for Food and Beverage, with extensive knowledge of beverages, quality products, and ingredients.
  • Ability to enhance and expand our existing menu creatively.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a team, with a talent for training and leadership.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the delivery of inspirational service to all guests.
