As a Receptionist at the Haymarket Hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. Your role is crucial in ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring all guest needs are met.
- Handle bookings, inquiries, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guests' needs and resolve any issues.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy in guest records and billing.
- Work closely with the front office team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

- Dedicated to providing outstanding service and exceeding guest expectations.
- Possess warmth, impeccable presentation, and excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about accuracy and keen on maintaining high standards.
