We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented Public Area Cleaner to join our esteemed housekeeping team at the Haymarket Hotel. As a Public Area Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the pristine condition of our public spaces, ensuring our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms, are impeccably clean and well-maintained.
- Regularly inspect and clean surfaces, furnishings, and fixtures.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a friendly, courteous demeanour.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to meet the hotel's cleanliness and operational standards.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.

- A keen eye for detail to ensure our public areas are spotless and welcoming.
- A commitment to providing outstanding service to our guests.
- The ability to work effectively within a team to achieve common goals.
- Strong organisational skills to manage tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues professionally.
- The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
