We have an exciting opportunity for an Evening Room Attendant to join our highly successful team at the Haymarket Hotel. As an Evening Room Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to ensure our uniquely styled rooms are impeccably cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Each room in our hotel is individually designed, offering variety and a unique challenge every day.

Responsibilities:

• Meticulously clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring they meet Firmdale’s exceptional standards.
• Provide turndown service and prepare rooms for guests' return in the evening.
• Restock amenities, linens, and other supplies as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team.
• Work collaboratively with your team to provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment for our guests.

• A keen eye for ensuring every room is perfect for our guests.
• Ability to work harmoniously with colleagues and contribute to a positive team spirit.
• A dedication to providing exceptional service to our guests.
• Effectively manage your time and tasks to maintain our high standards.
• Clear and professional communication with guests and team members.
• Maintain composure and efficiency during busy periods.

• Competitive hourly rate between £15.50 - £17.00 plus service charge.
