We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Room Attendant to join our highly successful team at the prestigious Haymarket Hotel. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in our uniquely styled rooms.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- Pay close attention to every detail, ensuring each room is perfectly presented.
- Work closely with other team members to achieve a seamless guest experience.
- Provide exceptional service, responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Manage your time effectively to complete tasks efficiently and meet the hotel’s standards.
What you Need:
- Meticulous and thorough, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well within a team, contributing to a positive team spirit.
- Enthusiastic about delivering outstanding service to our guests.
- Strong ability to organise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities, ensuring clear and friendly interactions with guests and team members.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
