We have an exciting opportunity for a Floor Housekeeper to join our highly successful team at the Haymarket Hotel. As a Floor Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the impeccable standards of our beautifully styled hotel. You will work closely with the Deputy Head Housekeeper and the Head Housekeeper to manage the housekeeping team, ensuring that every corner of the hotel is pristine and inviting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team during your shift, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and expectations promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the hotel's standards are consistently met.
- Assist in training new team members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and lead by example.
