We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and dedicated Reservations Supervisor to join our highly successful team at the Haymarket Hotel. As a Reservations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive inspirational service from the moment they make their booking. You will oversee the reservations team, ensuring that every detail is managed efficiently and with the utmost care.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate the reservations team to achieve departmental goals and deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure every guest interaction is handled with professionalism and a warm, engaging communication style.
  • Oversee the accuracy of bookings and maintain meticulous records to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the front office team to ensure seamless service and effective communication.
  • Address and resolve any issues or guest concerns with a proactive and positive approach.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

What you Need:

  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Proven experience in supervising a team, with the ability to inspire and lead by example.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with guests and team members alike.
  • Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks and maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
  • A collaborative approach to working within a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
