Description
Ring the dinner bell! Haywire is looking for our next great Host or Hostess! Company's Comin' and that means we need a Host or Hostess who welcomes in our Guests like family joining us for Sunday dinner. Everybody’s taken care of here and welcomed with open arms. This is food for all Texans and folks who got here as fast as they could. Our team is large on charm, making each guest feel like a visit here is a special occasion. Conversation is easy, drinks are cold, bellies are full. This is true Texas hospitality.
Our hosts/hostesses:
- Have never met a stranger and always start with a genuine Texas welcome
- Begin and end every guest experience with a "Howdy!" and "Y'all Come Back Now!"
- Move with a purpose, but are never in a hurry and always at the guests' pace
- Recognize our regular and VIP guests and kick off their visits like welcoming back the best of friends
- Ensure we know when a special event, like a birthday or anniversary is happening, so we can kick up our heels and celebrate right
- Inspire their teammates to ask them for help
Qualifications:
- Minimum one (1) year host/hostess or other relevant customer service experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- OpenTable experience is a plus
