·       The option to receive 30% of your earnings as you earn them. This means you won’t need to wait until payday for your money.

The Head of the River is a busy pub and hotel in central Oxford, occupying a great location by the water. Outdoor seating makes for a lively summer scene, while year round the pub attracts a diverse mix of locals and tourists for real ales and fresh food .

As our Maintenance Person, you’ll be on hand to carry out the little jobs that make a big difference to the hotel and its guests.

From hanging a mirror to fixing a leaking tap, you’ll make a great contribution to the comfort of customers – making sure they leave happy, well-rested, and raring to return.

At Fuller’s Hotels, we’re determined to give every guest a special stay, and that means being attentive and quick to respond to even the most minor problems. You’ll share our pride in great service, carrying out a range of DIY tasks to the highest possible standard.

Some days it might be changing lightbulbs or painting a wall, but on others, you’ll be called on to fix plumbing or mend appliances – so experience and technical knowledge are essential.

You’ll need a good understanding of health and safety too – but your personality is every bit as important as your qualifications.

  • You’ll be professional, friendly, and discreet
  • You must work well on your own, and as part of a team
  • You’ll be conscientious, setting yourself high standards

Please understand we will also need proof of your right to work in the UK.
