We are currently recruiting for a Membership Assistant to join our team at 67 Pall Mall for six months (maternity cover). The role will be based in London, but the Membership Assistant will mainly take care about Verbier's members.

DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
Context/Scope
Membership assistant
role encompasses the following scope:
- Recruit and enrol members
- Manage member’s profiles
- Understand and produce monthly figures
for member tours, on-boarding and converted members
- Allocate membership (digital) cards
and welcome pack
- Onboarding all new members
- Loyalty programme management for
members
- Attend members’ mixers and
offer tours
- Develop member base through club
events
- Build rapport with members
- Engage with members
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICES & TASKS:
- Main
objective includes taking care of all members.
- Be
available for members' enquiries, via phone or email at any time of day
and respond within the same day or within 24 hours.
- Liaise
with club teams for reservations and tours.
- Build
a rapport and relationship at events to recruit members.
- Creating
new membership cards, replacement of lost cards and updating of
information.
- Membership
contacts list & profiles upkeep in system.
- Inviting
members to club calendar of events.
- Settle
payments by liaising with Finance/ Accounts department.
- Elect
applicants, invoice, and email to collect payment.
- Take
minutes at weekly HOD meeting.
- Manage
Membership inbox and keep in order.
- Process
new applications on Jonas.
- Process
any cancellations, resignations and unpaid members.
- Attend
members socials once a month.
- Adding
members to MailChimp.
- Manage all the key information on
platforms, website, Seven Rooms & Jonas.
- Manage
the local client database: ensure the accuracy and quality of customer
data in current database, set objectives on quantitative and qualitative
data collection.
- Assist
with updating any members communication or application forms, to help with
member acquisition.
- Liaising and
coordinating between internal departments and members.
- New Membership
report updated monthly and sent to Manager.
- All reciprocal
communications for members visits.
- Assist with any
billing reports monthly.
- Taking part in
Marketing/ Events support meeting to drive acquisition.
- Plan tours to
achieve targets and KPIs for new members.
KEY SKILLS:
- French language preferred.
