Essential

  • Previous experience within a Property Administrator, Estates Administrator or similar property administration role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build professional relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Ability to commute to our Head Office in Ruislip.

Desirable

  • Around three years' experience within a commercial property environment, such as a property consultancy, managing agent, developer or estate management business.
  • Experience supporting a significant property portfolio.
  • Knowledge of lease administration and property compliance.

 Why Join Demipower Group?

This is an opportunity to join a successful and growing business where your work will have a genuine impact. You'll work closely with the senior leadership team, gain exposure to every aspect of portfolio management and have the opportunity to develop your career into acquisitions and wider property projects as the business continues to grow.

If you're looking for a role where you can take ownership, make a difference and grow alongside an ambitious business, we'd love to hear from you.
