ABOUT NOBLE INNS

Noble Inns is a growing hospitality group built around great food, exceptional service and, most importantly, great people. Across our four venues, we create welcoming, memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining high standards of service, teamwork and professionalism.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Full-Time Waiter to join our team, with the opportunity to work across one of our four venues.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working as part of a team and wants to develop their career within a growing restaurant group.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver consistently high standards of food, beverage and guest service.
  • Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and confidently communicate menu knowledge.
  • Understand and confidently explain dishes, ingredients, allergens and dietary requirements.
  • Make informed recommendations based on the guest's preferences.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, wine, beverages and current promotions.
  • Anticipate guest needs and remain attentive throughout their experience.
  • Manage your section efficiently while supporting the wider team.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with the kitchen, bar, reservations and management teams.
  • Maintain excellent service standards during both quiet and high-volume periods.
  • Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organised and presented to Noble Inns standards.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Work efficiently to ensure smooth table flow without compromising the guest experience.
  • Follow all Noble Inns SOPs, service standards, health & safety and company procedures.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties where required.
  • Support and develop other members of the team when appropriate.
  • Contribute positively to the culture and atmosphere of the venue.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in a quality restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Is genuinely passionate about hospitality and creating great guest experiences.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is confident, friendly and approachable.
  • Has strong attention to detail.
  • Can remain calm, organised and professional under pressure.
  • Takes pride in their appearance and presentation.
  • Is reliable, punctual and takes responsibility for their role.
  • Works well independently but understands the importance of being part of a team.
  • Is proactive and looks for ways to improve the guest experience.
  • Is confident speaking with guests and building genuine relationships.
  • Has a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
  • Is open to feedback and committed to continually developing their skills.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone with the right attitude. Experience is important, but personality, enthusiasm, work ethic and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional hospitality are what make someone successful at Noble Inns.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Joining Noble Inns means becoming part of a team where your development and progression matter.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Work across one of our four Noble Inns venues.
  • Develop your knowledge and skills across different styles of service.
  • Receive ongoing training and development.
  • Work alongside experienced hospitality professionals.
  • Take part in regular feedback and development conversations.
  • Build a clear pathway for progression within Noble Inns.
  • Develop your knowledge of food, wine, service and restaurant operations.
  • Be part of a supportive team and positive working environment.
  • Progress into senior waiter, supervisor and management positions as opportunities arise.
