We're hiring for a Business Development Executive at The Coaching Inn Group & Red Cat Independent Pub Company

Are you a hotel sales professional ready for your next challenge?
Want to join a growing hospitality group where no two days are the same and your work truly drives impact?
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to help us continue growing our award-winning collection of inns, pubs, and hotels.

 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Responding to inbound sales leads, groups, meetings, and event enquiries with professionalism and pace.
  • Proactively researching companies and exploring new business opportunities.
  • Managing the contracting process with corporate clients, travel agents, meeting bookers and event organisers.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of leisure and corporate clients.
  • Supporting the sales pipeline with lead qualification and proposal preparation.
  • Coordinating site visits, sales events and client meetings across our diverse estate.
  • Keeping everything on track with weekly reports.

This is a remote working role, however  you will need to be within a commutable distance to Market Harborough, Leicestershire as this often a hub for meetings etc 

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1–2 years of experience in hotel/reservations, sales, business development, or similar.
  • Strong communication and organisation skills.
  • Great attention to detail - especially with contracts and client data.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and willingness to travel occasionally.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering great client experiences.
