Senior Payroll Manager
Description
D&D London is looking for a Senior Payroll Manager to join our finance department at our head office in Farringdon. We are looking for an adaptable and confident individual able to plan ahead and work to short deadlines.
The right candidate will need to have a minimum of three years of experience in payroll, preferably in the hospitality industry, and have extensive knowledge of Fourth Hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
• Review/delivery of the payroll processing for monthly and bi-monthly pay runs for in total 2000+ employees ensuring deadlines are met and data is accurate
• Manage Fourth Hospitality Payroll System (“Fourth”) to ensure system integrity and act as an expert in order to assist General Managers with queries
• Ability to suggest and implement changes to Fourth including improvement of the system, process and reporting
• Create relationship with the Customer Success Manager at Fourth and act as a main contact between Fourth and D&D London
• Experience of dealing with HMRC in regards to managing and paying PAYE & NI liabilities
• Stays ahead of legislative changes in order to ensure compliance with HMRC guidelines as well as assisting the businesses in planning for such changes
• Organise regular payroll/system training across the company
• Ability to deal with P11d and PSA production / calculation
• Deliver multisite pensions processing for both monthly and bi-monthly pay runs
• Responsible for quarterly bonus calculations
• In charge of labour productivity reporting on a daily basis
• Manage the aCloud expenses system (“aCloud”) to ensure system integrity and act as an expert in order to assist General Managers with queries
Key Requirements:
• Extensive knowledge of Fourth
• Experience of delivering multisite payroll processing
• 5+ years’ experience of working with payroll
• Experience of working within the hospitality industry
• Experience of SAP desirable
• Experience of aCloud desirable
