We are looking for someone to provide essential support throughout the exciting project of implementing our new HRIS system.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Pay & Benefits Manager and external implementation partner to ensure our new HR system is built to fully align with our HR processes, policies, and reporting requirements.
You’ll play a key role in process mapping, validating system design, and collating data, as well as completing workbooks and maintaining clear, accurate project documentation. You’ll also take ownership of project trackers, provide hands on testing support, and act as a vital link between internal stakeholders and our external provider.
