Following the successful recruitment of the first HR Advisor into our newly created HR Advisory team, we are now looking to appoint two further proactive, commercially minded HR Advisors to support our pub operations and support function managers.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join St Austell Brewery at an exciting stage, helping shape how operational HR support is delivered while creating great colleague experiences that ultimately drive outstanding guest experiences.
The RoleReporting into a Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll provide hands-on, practical employee relations support, working closely with managers across our estate to guide them confidently through the full range of people matters.
You’ll lead on ER casework including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and probation issues, ensuring advice is clear, fair, consistent, risk-aware, and aligned with both employment law and our values-led culture.
A key part of the role is building capability rather than dependency, coaching and supporting managers to deal with people issues early, informally and confidently, while embedding best practice and consistency across the business.
Alongside case management, you’ll:
