If you have the skills to coordinate and work with on site Maintenance Managers across our 14 hotels, manage deadlines and workflows, along with oversee projects, assist with repairs, ensure we're compliant with all safety checks associated with a site, such as fire alarms and lighting, please get in touch.

The ideal Maintenance Manager candidate will have:

- Extensive maintenance knowledge- advantageous for Part P or other trade qualifications

- Experience leading a gang or foreman work in construction or similar

- Great communication and organisation skills- to prioritise workloads and work with colleagues

- An understanding of Health and Safety requirements and processes

- A strong understanding of hotel operations would be advantageous
